ROBERT T. BRODIE, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP BD+C Principal Licenses AR13136; AA2929; IB958
A Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Richmond, Mr. Brodie completed his architectural studies in 1978 with a Masters in Architecture from the University of Colorado. During his first year of postgraduate work, the American Institute of Architects recognized his unique creativity, presenting him with the Denver Chapter's juried AWARD FOR EXCELLENCE IN DESIGN.
With over 26 years experience in computer implementation, he has created a practice that has become well known for its ability to translate digital precision into elegant spatial form. A lover of fine music and art, Mr. Brodie enjoys playing the violin, as well as creating beautifully rendered presentation drawings in colored pencil.
As a LEED Accredited Professional, Robert Brodie has fully committed his design firm to the sustainable values of energy and environmental conservation with an aesthetic focus.

SUSAN F. PERERS Licensed Interior Designer Director of Interior Design License ID1984
Susan Perers brings to Brodie & Associates over 30 years of commercial interior design experience, having been Vice President of American Business Interiors in Melbourne, FL where she guided countless projects through to completion.
Her projects run the full gamut, ranging from financial institutions, healthcare, hotel and restaurants to day spas and yoga studios.
Ms. Perers, who has practiced commercial interior design in both the Treasure and Space Coast business communities, is affectionately known as the "Green Guru of Melbourne", for she has always designed her projects in a sustainable way even before the green movement became nationally popular. Susan Perers always encourages everyone to "go green", adding "it just makes good sense!".

MAGGIE PEDLOW, B.A. Interior Design Student in ID Masters Program, Savannah College of Art and Design
Maggie Pedlow brings to our firm both architecture and interior design expertise, having studied architecture for 3 years before entering and completing her BA in Interior Design this past year. Now in the ID Masters program, Ms. Pedlow is very conversant in both 2D and 3D computer-aided design programs as well as in computer graphics.
Maggie Pedlow has worked in the design industry while completing her undergraduate studies, having been employed at various times with architecture frms as well as interior design companies.
Ms. Pedlow is not only an energetic designer but is also a dynamic humanitarian, having personally created her own website for adolescent thyroid awareness to assist with what is often a devastating yet little understood disease.
Because Maggie Pedlow is such a well-rounded and talented individual, we are proud to have her on board!
